San Marino Investment Services was founded by Jim Lund and Mark Wiacek with a focus on passive real estate investments through 1031 exchanges. Our typical client has owned and managed rental real estate for some time and is now looking for passive real estate investment options as they move away from day-to-day rental property management.


We therefore offer Delaware Statutory Trust real estate investments which qualify as like-kind property for 1031 exchanges and other real estate options for income, tax benefits and potential appreciation.


Since our investors are primarily investing for income, we also offer stock and bond portfolios designed for income, and secondarily, capital appreciation. Other options are annuities which provide downside market protections and income payouts to supplement Social Security and pensions.
